Venue Information

  • Stokey Pop Up is a versatile venue ideal for hosting:

    We’re here to accommodate your unique event needs!

  • Our venue accommodates up to 120 people, including staff.

  • We provide the following amenities:

    • Outdoor garden

    • Fully equipped kitchen

    • PA sound system

    • 80 meters of professional picture-hanging rails

    • Tables and chairs for 25 people

    • Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans

    • High-speed Wi-Fi

Booking and Availability

  • Availability can be checked through our online booking system.

  • Booking is simple and can be done directly through our online platform.

  • Yes, a £750 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • You can cancel at any time.

    • Deposit and cleaning fees are refundable.

    • Rent and business rates are non-refundable.

Pricing and Payments

  • Our competitive pricing structure includes:

    • One day: £399 + VAT

    • Two days: £599 + VAT (£300/day)

    • Three days: £749 + VAT (£250/day)

    • Four days: £920 + VAT (£230/day)

    • Five days: £1,125 + VAT (£225/day)

    • Six days: £1,320 + VAT (£220/day)

    • Seven days: £1,499 + VAT (£214/day)

    • One month: £5,999 + VAT (£197/day)

    • One year: £49,999 + VAT (£137/day)

  • We accept bank transfers only.

  • Yes, additional charges include:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: £90 + VAT

    • Business rates: £30/day

    • Deposit: £750

Event Setup and Logistics

  • Yes, viewings are available. Please email us your preferred dates and times, and confirm with a phone call one hour before your visit.

    • Setup is available from 9:00 AM, and the venue must be vacated by 10:00 PM.

    • Keys are issued and returned based on staff availability.

    Professional cleaning is handled before and after your rental by Esskay Facilities Management Ltd.

  • Yes, you can bring your own decorations and catering. However, the venue must be returned in its original condition as per the inventory check-in.

Licenses and Regulations

    • Alcohol may be served, but a TENs license must be obtained from the London Borough of Hackney to sell alcohol.

    • We have a license to play music.

    • Music must be played through our PA sound system.

    • Ground floor: ambient level only.

    • Basement: suitable for soft dancing or live music.

    • No noise or anti-social behaviour is audible outside the venue, including the garden and residential areas.

Parking and Accessibility

  • There is no on-site parking. Metered parking is available nearby, but we are not responsible for parking tickets.

  • Bus Services

    • Route 73: Runs between Stoke Newington and Oxford Circus, passing through central locations such as Angel and Euston.

    • Route 149: Operates from London Bridge to Edmonton Green, serving areas like Liverpool Street and Stoke Newington.

    • Route 76: Connects Waterloo, County Hall to Tottenham Hale, with stops including St. Paul’s and Old Street.

    • Route 106: Travels between Whitechapel and Finsbury Park Station, passing through Hackney and Stoke Newington.

    • Route 393: Runs from Chalk Farm to Clapton Pond, serving areas such as Camden and Stoke Newington.

    Train Services

    • Stoke Newington Station: Approximately a 3-minute walk from N16 0NY, this station is served by the London Overground, providing connections to various destinations across London. About 5 minutes by bus.

    • Dalston Kingsland Station: Within a 15-minute walk, offering Overground services with links to central and east London. About 7 minutes by bus.

    • Dalston Junction Station: About a 15-minute walk, providing Overground services and easy access to key areas in London. Approximately 8 minutes by bus.

    Tube Stations

    • Manor House Station: Approximately 29 minutes walk from N16 0NY, served by the Piccadilly Line, offering direct routes to central London and Heathrow Airport. Around 10 minutes by bus.

    • Finsbury Park Station: About a 35-minute walk, this station is served by both the Victoria and Piccadilly Lines, providing extensive connectivity across London. Approximately 15 minutes by bus.

  • Yes, the venue features wheelchair access and a disabled-friendly ground-floor toilet.

Other Questions

  • Yes, we are a pet-friendly venue.

  • The cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the tenant is responsible for the additional costs.

  • Yes, tenants must provide proof of £5 million public liability insurance for the rental period, including setup and cleanup.

  • No, inflammable items, including candles, fireworks, and smoking materials, are strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the garden.

  • Yes, the garden must remain a quiet area with no music, alcohol, or food preparation. Tenants are not allowed to move or damage plants or equipment.

  • Terms and conditions are available in writing here and can only be modified by Stokey Pop Up.
