REGULATIONS 8TH mARCH 2024
1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building including the garden
2. Customers are not allowed to bring alcohol to the building and/or garden
3. The Landlord may agree at its sole discretion to allow temporary events at the premises subject to a Temporary Event Notice. The following terms will usually apply:
3.1 Temporary Event Notice (TENs) is the tenant’s responsibility and cost, as required, subject to written landlord’s consent
4. The keys are to be returned to the Landlord at the premises by 10.00 hrs the following morning, but not Saturday, Sunday and/or bank holidays or a time of the landlord’s convenience.
5. The Licensee is responsible for keeping the de-humidifiers on and emptied of water throughout the term of the licence as required by the landlord. The de-humidifiers aren’t to be left on for more than 24 hrs at a time and should be checked continually for overheating.
6. The maximum capacity, is subject to fire regulation compliance, is 120 people incl customers and staff, with a maximum of 60 people in the basement and 60 people at ground floor at any one time.
Keys:
7.1.The licensee is provided with two set of keys for the premises
7.2. Banhams provide a keyholding service for lost/stolen keys
7.3Please call Banham and they will let you in for a charge out fee of £33.60 incl VAT, payable directly to Banham. 24hr service, the contact details are

7.4. There is a spare set of keys in the keybox in the ground floor utility cupboard.
7.5. The tenant will be charged £250 + vat admin fee plus the replacement cost of the keys and recovery of all damages incl professional fees and interest
8. Waste
Included 2 waste sacks and 2 recycled sacks per week. Any more sacks will need to be arranged and paid for by the tenant with the London Borough of Hackney

9.Music and PA system
9.1. The tenant is responsible for all damage, repair and maintenance.
9.2. The PA is set with a sound limiter to a volume in the basement and ground floor that can’t be heard by anyone outside the premises incl the garden. The tenant isn’t authorised to go beyond the sound limiter or move the system to the ground floor incl the garden.
10.All damage, leaks, problems, faulty services incl broadband, water, electricity, gas, CCTV, burglar and fire alarm must be reported immediately by tel (020 3903 6517)) and email hello@stokeypopup.com to City Heritage Ltd, the landlord’s agent
11. The landlord doesn’t accept any liability for malfunction, outage, maintenance for: PA, Soundsystem, lights, light bulbs, toilets, security, locks, shutters CCTV, fire, theft, burglary, damage, flood, damp, water, electricity, broadband, fire, burglar alarms etc and/or destruction of the Landlord’s and/or Licensee’s contents (incl force majeure) and injury and/or death of the Licensee’s staff and customers under any circumstances. The Landlord doesn’t guarantee that it can find a tradesman to fix problems that occur during the Licence. City Heritage Ltd’s office (managing agent) is open Monday to Friday 09.00 - 18.00 excl of bank holiday. and is closed 20th December 2023 to 18th January 2024
12.No noise or music is allowed, at any time, that can be heard outside the property and/or garden
13. The tenant is not allowed to change the lock for the shop, within the shop and/or the shutter
14. The tenant is to arrange suitable contents insurance for their own belongings. The landlord has no liability to insure anything belonging to the tenant

16. Independent Legal Advice
The landlord doesn’t give any legal advice on the terms and conditions. It’s recommended that licensees take independent legal advice before signing the licence agreement.
